NEW LINKS, HASN’T THE MEDIA LEARNED, YET?
The viewscreens have been full of palaver, lauding the formation of the Iraqi “government” as a watershed event, saying “surely, in the sight of this, democracy is blooming in Iraq, and everything up to this point is now officially worth it.”

I spend A LOT of time discussing politics with folks. Some might call me obsessive, as a result, but heck- I don’t follow organized sports of any kind, and watch very little television, so I have to fill that part of my brain, that the average american fills with sports scores and “survivor” outtakes, with SOMETHING. Cover your ass, republicans- it’s your only hope- if you think Bush’s speech tonight solved your problems, you’re sadly mistaken- throw up as much dirt as possible- and hide… I’m not going to address his rhetoric, in any way, tonight, because it was all, well- bullshit.
